14 Preconditions of Leadership
These preconditions are not something that I conjured up on my own, but were actually written 2,000 years ago.  Be well thought of. Committed to his wife. Cool and collected. Accessible. Hospitable. Here are five more tips on effective brainstorming. If you haven’t done so already be sure and check out yesterday’s post to get the first five. Pick a number. WatchWatch
Take it slow. I hope you are able to take it slow this labor day. At my house this will be a day of chillin and grillin with friends. This video is a reminder that when we slow down you can see things you would normally miss. Plus slow motion just looks cool. Have a good one.

Weekend Upload
Friday night we had Andy & Brooke Wynn over and my wife cooked an amazing meal. We stuffed our faces and then hung out and laughed until we cried. Good times. Saturday I was a bum and just relaxed. I did something out of the norm (for me) and watched sports, some college football and the U.S. Open. It was pretty cool to watch Melanie Oudin beat Sharapova. I love it when the underdog wins. ...
