I like these 3 rules that Tony Hsieh (pronounced Shay), the CEO of Zappos, shared on twitter. Obviously there is a lot more to public speaking then this, but I definitely think these rules will help make you more interesting to listen to and create buy in with your audience. What do you think are some other good rules for public speaking?
- Be passionate
- Tell personal stories.
- Be real.
By the way, I am really looking forward to reading Tony’s new book, Delivering Happiness that comes out in June.
